I had a treatment at Aarogyamantra, and overall it was a nice experience for me. The staff, especially Sandra, was very good—polite, caring, and attentive throughout the session. I felt comfortable and well taken care of. However, the treatment cost felt a little high for an average person. Other than the pricing, I was satisfied with the service.

I loved my Ayurveda treatment experience here. The staff, including the doctors, are really great. The treatment rooms are peaceful, and I feel relaxed and rejuvenated after each session. I highly recommend it to others as well.

It was a lovely experience here at Aarogyamantra. Living back home in the USA, I have only experienced Swedish and Thai massages. The Kizhi treatment was not only a massage but also felt similar to a bath. I was informed that we would not experience the full effects of the procedure in a one-day treatment, but I was okay with that, as it was something I wanted to experience. I would love to come back again, as everyone was very polite.

I had an excellent experience at Aarogyamantra. Their service, hospitality, food, and team approach throughout the stay were amazing. The place was very clean and well maintained. Everyone seemed knowledgeable and thorough in their approach, focusing on a healthy lifestyle. We had a great time and wished our stay was longer. We highly recommend this place to anyone interested in a healthy lifestyle.

I would like to express my deepest gratitude for the exceptional care, consultation, reception, and treatment. I went with severe back pain, but because of the serene environment, friendly staff, and expert doctors, my recovery experience was truly memorable. Very dedicated and effective service that helped my body and soul feel extremely relaxed and comfortable. Every staff member and all other workers are very easy to interact with and friendly. The treatment and care at Aarogyamantra were one of a kind. I appreciate the holistic approach shown to me, as well as the simplicity, courteous attitude, and interaction of all the staff, including the housekeeping team. The hygiene and housekeeping are excellent. The vegetarian food was simple, healthy, and nutritious—exactly what one would require during treatment. I was taking treatment for back pain and calcaneal spur. Their foot reflexology is also amazing, and my son loved it too. I am extremely grateful to all the staff members, especially Dr. Lakshmi, who assessed my problems and gave the right treatment. I will definitely be visiting again during my next holidays. Thank you all once again.

I had a 5-day weight loss treatment, and the experience was amazing. The staff are kind, and the therapists are very nice. I am happy that I achieved what I had come for and was completely satisfied with my experience. The ambience is wonderful—it feels great to spend time in the garden, hearing birds chirping and enjoying peaceful walks. The food was mouth-watering, even though I was on a controlled diet. My experience at Aarogyamantra was amazing. Right from the reception to the doctor consultation and the massage, everything was taken care of with such warmth and professionalism. The staff are well-trained and very welcoming, and they readily clarified all our concerns, as this was my first visit. Arogyamantra is also well equipped with all the necessary items required for different massages. The masseuses are highly trained as well. The rooms are cozy, and the drinks and food are delicious. This place is highly recommended. The Doctors dedicate lot of time and provide personal care in treating the patients and monitoring their progress during the stay. Treatments are done very professionally by trained staff. Personalized tasty diet is also a key highlight. My husband recently visited again, and he really loved the experience. The masseuse is well trained and knows how to treat affected areas. I would highly recommend this place—the staff are well-mannered and very respectful. The outdoor garden is beautiful and very relaxing to walk through.

We spent a month-long holiday in Kerala and had the pleasure of visiting Aarogyamantra. The package we opted for was the Ayurdinam package, and although it was only for my wife and me, our 6-year-old daughter was also pampered with a gentle head and foot massage. The premises are well maintained and the staff were very friendly. I was amazed by how well equipped the facility is—steam room, hydrotherapy equipment, etc. There is also a swimming pool, and we had a great time enjoying it. We were also served a traditional Kerala thali lunch, which was absolutely delicious. Our overall experience was excellent, and if we had more time, we would have loved to stay longer. We would definitely love to visit again.

We spent about ten days at Aarogyamantra to treat my severe neck pain due to parotidectomy, left shoulder muscle pain, right shoulder issues, and lower back pain. Through personalized attention and Ayurvedic/Naturopathy therapy, I regained complete movement of my neck. The pain in the areas mentioned above reduced considerably, and I now have free movement of my shoulders. The attending doctor was always available to guide us at each step of the treatment to ensure that every protocol was followed properly. A balanced diet was provided as per our choice, always freshly prepared and served hot by well-trained culinary staff. The ambience is calm and soothing, with soulful instrumental music that is very relaxing. The open walkway outside the building is well maintained and inviting for a stroll. Anyone looking to take a break from the hustle and bustle of life will find this place ideal for a retreat, truly rejuvenating both body and mind. I would highly recommend this holistic Ayurvedic and Naturopathy center for anyone living with pain and looking to heal the body and mind in a serene village atmosphere at S. Manjoor, Kerala.
